Uploaded file directory - legend

This directory contains the result of uploading files to the ZINC server. You can download these files to your computer by clicking on the file you want. In some cases it may be better to right-mouse-click and pick "save as".

What the files are

0.ism - your original uploaded files, as isomeric smiles
e_p0.?.mol2.gz - mol2 format files at pH 7
e_p1.?.mol2.gz - additional mol2 format representations near pH 7
e_purch.xls - tab delimited file mapping your molecule ID to ZINC ID
e_prop.xls - calculated properties
rules.txt - filtering rules in effect
filterlog.txt - molecules that were not processed, with reasons

If the files you seek are not here, the job may still be running. If the files still have not appeared after 24 hours, please a) try again and then b) write to support at docking.org for assistance, as there may be a problem.
